I loved staying in this hotel, most of the staff is very nice but like sometimes one staff member had trouble with gays (night shift security) but part from him everyone are super friendly. Rooms are very clean and food in the is something to die for however don’t worry you will not over eat because portions are more for children then grownups nevertheless services was 11 out of 10 Maria who maid our stay so welcome with her professionalism and kindness.

Perfect stay! Firstly biggest Kudos goes to hotel staff - very friendly and caring people! The room was tidy and comfortable for 4 of us, breakfast very well thought out, from the smallest to oldest we had many choices. Also there was nice area for kids in the lobby. And moreover - the location was so comfortable, parking is for extra fee, but very spacious and safe. Thanks!

Lovely hotel. We stayed only one night but we had a great experience. We arrived late at night but the receptionist welcomed us with a smile on her face. There's a great area for kids at the reception so they can play while you check in. The room was perfect, very clean and had everything we needed. It was very quiet too. Breakfast was very good. Great choice and tasty. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is great, underground car park very handy.

Excellent hotel in great location, about 15 minutes walk from manufaktur which has a huge shopping centre surrounded by tons of bars and restaurants. Literally 1 min walk away from another shopping centre and a convenience store right beside the hotel. The staff we excellent and the hotel was really clean. The rooms were a decent size and very comfortable.

I love this hotel. I travel often to Lodz for work and would not consider staying anywhere else. Location is great. Rooms are spacious and have a great layout and design. I love the speakers in the shower! A lot of variety in breakfast and nice eating space with a terrace.

Good location for access to Pitor Kowaska St, and to trams. Next door to an extensive shopping mall with food courts. The bar staff were very good.

Very good location next to Galerria Lodz and Ul. Piotrkowska. Clean rooms and big enough for family of 4. We did not take a breakfast, but price is 75zl per person and kids are free. Recommend to book with room. Other option is to eat in cafe next door. Parking is free and convenient under the hotel for 24 hrs.

We liked location the most, food wasn't perpect, but still breakfast was ok for price. Rooms are small, but comfortable, clean,, pet friendly, all as expected. Private parking was a plus.
